Legacy & Education
Willie “El Curro” Champion Scholarship Fund — In Development
Honoring pioneering San Antonio flamenco guitarist Willie “El Curro” Champion, the scholarship fund supports students pursuing the study of flamenco guitar. Contributions help expand access to instruction, mentorship, workshops, and other educational opportunities for emerging guitarists.
Sponsors and individual supporters may designate their contribution to the scholarship fund.

Does WeFlamenco Fest produce every event listed?
No. WeFlamenco Fest produces independent original programming and also highlights events presented by artists, studios, venues, and cultural partners across the region. Each producer keeps credit for the events they create.
Can small businesses participate?
Yes. We welcome support from local businesses, restaurants, venues, families, foundations, and individuals. Sponsorship can be scaled to fit different goals and budgets.
